QHSE Directory is a subscription-based web portal (online Company/Personal listing), allowing companies and personnel to register their QHSE products and QHSE services so that the global community can reach/contact them easily. In total we have 16 QHSE directory sections listed on our website.
Mode of registering will be online payment through payment gateways. We will be registered in the Emirates of Dubai and will operate from here around the globe.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Other local, state, national, or applicable international laws may also be applicable. Our intent will be to comply with all applicable national and international rules and regulations. However if you notice anything we are not complying with please bring it to our attention so that we could review and work upon the company.
Disputes Resolution
In the event of any dispute with respect to the construction and performance of this Agreement, the Parties shall first resolve the dispute through friendly negotiations. We will do our best to resolve the issue with negotiations or mutual agreements. If you are not happy about any of our services please bring to our attention before posting through social media. Posting against us through social media without any valid reason and/or without informing us of an issue to us will be considered against our policy and necessary action will be taken in the courts. All our users are required to bring any concerns or dissatisfaction to our attention before proceeding with any action. We take all necessary actions to solve their concerns.
Severability and Waiver

We do not refund in normal circumstances once you have paid subscription fee, unless that proved to be unknowingly paid or such event that lead you to pay. The refund policy only applies if you fill our contact (The reason must be justifiable and satisfactory ) form in 24 hours soon after paid. After 24 hours our refund policy will apply and you will not have right to request for a refund.
